Yes. All artworks offered through Delphine Callegher Art are original works created by the artist. Each piece is made individually and may include painting, mixed media, wood, minerals, natural materials, texture, glass, botanical elements, or other artist-selected materials.
Because each artwork is handmade and one of a kind, small natural variations, surface texture, dimensional details, and material irregularities are part of the artwork’s character.
-
Available artworks are prepared for shipment after purchase. Each piece is reviewed, carefully packaged, and protected before shipping.
Processing time may vary depending on the size, weight, materials, and fragility of the artwork. If additional preparation time is needed, the studio will contact you with an update.
-
Each artwork is packaged with care according to its size, weight, material, and fragility. Protective materials may include wrapping, cushioning, reinforced packaging, or custom packing methods when needed.
For larger, heavier, or especially delicate artworks, additional packing or shipping arrangements may be required.
-
Yes, large and fragile artworks may be shipped, but shipping costs and arrangements can vary depending on the piece.
If an artwork requires special handling, freight, insurance, professional packing, or additional shipping fees, the studio will contact you before shipment to confirm the details.
-
In some cases, yes. For larger artworks or special purchases, buyers may request to arrange their own carrier, private courier, freight service, or pickup.
All arrangements must be approved by the studio in advance. Once an artwork is released to a buyer-arranged carrier or pickup contact, responsibility for transport may transfer to the buyer or carrier.
-
All sales of original artwork are final.
Because each artwork is original, handmade, and often one of a kind, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted after purchase, unless required by applicable law or unless the studio has made a clear error in the order.
Please review all photos, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and shipping information carefully before purchasing.
-
If an artwork arrives damaged, contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the artwork, packaging, label, and damage.
Please keep all original packaging. This is required for review, insurance, and carrier claims. Damage claims cannot be evaluated without photos and packaging.
-
Selected commissions may be accepted depending on the project, size, materials, timeline, and artistic fit.
Commission work requires a non-refundable deposit before the project begins. The deposit reserves studio time, planning, sourcing, and initial materials. Additional material costs may apply depending on the project.
-
For approved commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Additional material costs, specialty supplies, shipping, packing, framing, or delivery fees may be charged separately when applicable.
The remaining balance must be paid before the artwork is shipped, delivered, or released.
-
Commission details must be agreed upon before work begins. Reasonable adjustments may be discussed during the process, but major changes, redesigns, size changes, material changes, or direction changes may require additional fees.
The artist retains creative control over the final artwork, materials, composition, and artistic interpretation.
